Structure Characteristics:
KBV series pump is a portable light drainage pump, used for pumping liquid in ordinary buildings and foundation works. The structural parts of KBV pump are made of light materials such as aluminum alloy, rubber and etc. which are suitable for handling on the construction site. The small outer diameter of the pump allows it to be used in a narrow space.
The water is sucked from the bottom of the pump and discharged from the top through side wall channel of the motor, which provides high cooling efficiency for the motor and allows the pump work normally even if the motor is exposed to the water. High chrome cast iron impeller and rubber pump body are super wear-resistant. There is a large gap between the semi open impeller and the pump body, so the impeller will not be easily stuck by mud or sand. The hose coupling could be installed vertically or obliquely to prevent the soft hose pipe from folding or bending.
